Employee and Family Assistance Program
Employee and Family Assistance Program
Through our partnership with ASEBP, St. Paul Education is proud to offer an Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP). This service is completely confidential and available at no cost to employees. Effective March 17, 2025, ASEBP has partnered with GreenShield Health to offer our Employee and Family Assistance Program.
EFAP Transition Support
Our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) was previously provided through Inkblot. Inkblot has now rebranded and is operating under a new name: GreenShield Health. While this update brings a refreshed look and feel, it does not impact existing EFAP programs or services.
All employees should have received a welcome email from GreenShield Health with important access details, including a link to sign up or sign in. To support a smooth transition, we have also provided step-by-step instructions on how to migrate your EFAP account or register for a new one. Please see the links below for more information.
Note: Your organization code was included in the welcome email. For security reasons, we cannot post this code on our website. The email was sent to the address associated with your ASEBP benefits account.
Employees must be enrolled in at least one of ASEBP’s benefit plans to participate in the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).
If you qualify for EFAP services but did not receive the email, please contact Human Resources, and they can provide you with the code.
